Delivery Details

As most of our fabrics are in stock we typically dispatch 80% of orders within 7 working days of purchase. Orders will be confirmed by email as soon as possible. Where fabrics are out of stock, we will advise of soonest delivery date or offer the option of a refund. If orders are required urgently, please advise by email. We send our items through DPD Couriers at the following charges:

  • Registered delivery throughout Ireland (North & South) is €7. Orders over €150 are delivered free of charge.
  • Registered delivery to mainland U.K. is €15.
  • For customers outside of Ireland and the U.K please email for delivery quotation.

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Rose Taylor Curtains until paid in full. Goods will be delivered to the address provided and will remain our risk until delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to accept delivery and once delivery has been accepted the goods become the customers responsibility.


Cancellations

Once we receive your order and payment your goods will be prepared immediately for dispatch. Therefore any cancellations where fabric has been cut will not be considered.


Faults

Fabrics will be checked and double checked prior to dispatch. However if the customer finds a fault in the fabric, the fabric in question may be returned to Rose Taylor Curtains. If a fault is established, a refund or replacement will be offered and the cost of postage will be refunded.


Our Products

Natural blemishes occur in silks, cottons and linens. These are not faults, but are a feature of natural fabrics. Without notice we reserve the right to remove or change any product. Please note shades can vary slightly from the image on our website or from sample supplied. Our products are not fire retardant. For domestic seating or commercial use any fabric will need to receive the appropriate fire retardant treatment. We can supply a quote for the standard of treatment required on request.


Samples

Before placing an order we advise customers to avail of our sampling service. Our samples are charged at cost price plus postage and customers making a follow on purchase will have the full cost of all samples deducted from their purchase order.

  • Samples are charged as follows: €1.00 per sample, postage included to Ireland or mainland U.K.
  • Sample sizes are as follows: 10.5cm × 10.5cm or 6" × 6"
  • Customers requiring larger samples please email for quote.

Fabric Calculations

Where customers are making a fabric purchase, Rose Taylor Curtains can calculate the amount of fabric required. Please be aware that is our recommendation and is not binding. Please email fabric reference, pole or rail size, finished length and style required (e.g. French Pleat, Pencil Pleat, Eyelets etc.). Where fabric has been cut, returns will not be considered.


Returns

If on delivery of goods you find the packaging damaged please inform the courier and state package damaged on delivery note. When you sign and accept delivery of goods you are agreeing there is no visible damage to the package, therefore no replacement can be considered.

We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from Rose Taylor Curtains. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched.

If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked and unworn) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us. If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge.

All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods
